If everyday worries and demands are getting you down pick yourself up with this gorgeous, calming treatment. The stress relief will start where all our tension begins: the mind. A thorough consultation will assess where those troubles and worries are coming from, then a reassuring one-to-one chat with your therapist will offer advice and support where possible. The mind is further cleared in a soothing scalp massage using Indian Ayurvedic techniques; after this the body is enveloped in warm Ginkgo Biloba, Green Tea and Ginseng oils which calms the senses and skin in a gentle hot stone massage. To finish with a calming Babor facial gently and intuitively balances the skin, leaving you to completely unwind and relax whilst your skins resistance is enhanced. Add on some extra ‘quiet time’ if you so wish, where you will be left with your new sense of well being in the candle lit room with calming music, a foot spa and a warm cup of herbal tea (£10 extra.)

Treat yourself to a half day of blissful pampering with this relaxing detoxifying treatment. Your daily stresses will be washed away with an invigorating full Herbal Body Peel followed by a hot shower for your leisure and comfort. Once dried your spa indulgence will continue by slipping into a fluffy robe then returning for a rejuvenating hot stone massage; the face will then be cleansed and calmed by a Babor prescriptive facial. To finish off this fantastic treatment you can choose from either a full luxury Jessica manicure or pedicure whilst enjoying complimentary chocolates and a glass of sparkling wine.
